KG Studios provides mobile applications and web services including but not limited to:

• Grind Life RPG: A gamified productivity app that turns daily tasks into quests
• Crypto Runner: An educational endless runner game about cryptocurrency
• Other applications as we may develop from time to time

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Interfere with the proper working of the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of our Services require a paid subscription:

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly)
• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled according to applicable law and our refund policy
• Payments are processed securely through Paystack

6. Virtual Items

Our apps may include virtual currencies, items, or rewards:

• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
• Virtual items cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged
• We reserve the right to modify virtual item systems at any time

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KG Studios and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create (such as quest names, guild descriptions). By posting content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content within the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall KG Studios be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
